Cuba

The United States comfortably defeated a call to the U.N.'s top human rights body on Thursday to launch a probe into alleged violations at Guantanamo Bay...a resolution brought by Cuba

The U.S. government plans to force foreign airlines flying over American soil to turn over the names of passengers on board or check the names against U.S. government watch lists in an effort to prevent terrorists from entering U.S. airspace... Officials have been concerned that terrorists may try to hijack a plane over the United States and crash it into a building, as occurred on Sept. 11, 2001. Officials acknowledge, however, that no credible intelligence exists indicating such a plot.

people flying planes into buildings. im sure as heck not going to believe the government that that could happen because theres no intelligence that says that terrorists are planning that. and if there is supposed intelligence, well, by golley im sure its a lie anyway...
