"What is being done on (the U.S.) side?"...Walters, the director the U.S. Office of National Drug Control Policy, say it's only a matter of time before the border violence crosses into the U.S. "The killing of rival traffickers is already spilling across the border," he says. "Witnesses are being killed. We do not think the border is a shield."
