I had to have a tracheotomy operation. After this, I had to have 24 hour nursing care."

being on a feeding tube does not mean that one is unable to desire food but rather they are unable to feed themselves.
her being so brain dead that she does not have true feeling of what is going on is disputed in the medical community. putting a bullet through her head would be more humane that letting her starve to death. i agree with pat buchanan when he says, "Schiavo continues the process of dying by starvation and dehydration, a method of capital punishment most would consider criminal if done to a pet."
the respect given to her as a human being is not even to the level of respect that is deamed necessary by law for a farm animal.

i am not too concernd about the "huge cost to her husband" who was testified in court as saying "when will this bitch die?" by several witnesses.
